We strongly focus on empowering frontline staff to make positive changes within their department. Our Service Excellence Program is an important part of our culture which has led to many leaps and strides for which we have won multiple awards.
We build our team from the ground up, and promoting from within is our first choice, every time it makes sense for us to do so. We have over 10 directors & managers on staff who have worked their way up into leadership positions at AVH.
We have an on-going education committee which promotes education for employees and contributes funds to a variety of classes; we will even pay for a portion of the cost for you to complete your college degree.
